What we achieved:
This series was filmed during the pandemic in a working refuge. As such we had to follow strict guidelines and bring an all-female team in to shoot the series.
Some of the models had lived experience of domestic violence and we also ensured that there was representation throughout the casting from both a background perspective as well as ensuring disabilities were represented using models provided by Zebedee Models.
‘Solace is supporting women and children who are living in empty homes with empty kitchen cupboards - not knowing when they will be able to eat a proper meal or sleep in a proper bed.
